EvolveHer is a fitness and nutrition execution platform. All content, protocols, and recommendations delivered through the app or website are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. EvolveHer does not prescribe, diagnose, or modify medication. Clinical decisions remain with your prescribing provider.
2. Consult your healthcare provider
Always consult with a qualified physician or healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program, changing your nutrition plan, or making decisions about your medications (including menopausal hormone therapy (MHT) or GLP-1 therapy). Do not disregard, avoid, or delay obtaining professional medical advice because of information you receive from EvolveHer.
No physician-patient relationship
Use of EvolveHer does not create a physician-patient relationship between you and EvolveHer, its founders, or its team. Communication through the app or website is not a substitute for medical consultation with a licensed practitioner.
4. Emergency situations
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 (US) or your local emergency services immediately. Do not rely on EvolveHer for urgent medical assistance.
5. Assumption of risk
Physical activity, resistance training, and nutritional changes carry inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, muscle strain, cardiovascular events, and other adverse health outcomes. By using EvolveHer, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with exercise, nutrition changes, and lifestyle modifications recommended through the platform.
6. MHT and GLP-1 medications
EvolveHer is designed to support women in hormonal transition, including those prescribed menopausal hormone therapy (MHT) and GLP-1 medications by their clinicians. EvolveHer does not prescribe, dispense, or manage these medications. All medication decisions must be made by your prescribing physician. Any changes to your medication regimen, dosing, or discontinuation must be discussed with your prescriber before action.
7. Body composition and biomarker data
Data displayed in EvolveHer, including body composition metrics, wearable data, and biomarker tracking, is informational only. It is not diagnostic. Third-party devices and measurement methods have accuracy limitations. Do not use this data to self-diagnose conditions or make independent medical decisions without physician consultation.
8. No guarantee of results
Individual results vary based on many factors, including genetics, adherence, medical history, medication response, and lifestyle variables. EvolveHer does not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to weight loss, muscle gain, bone density improvement, or other health results.
9. Age restriction
EvolveHer is designed for adults aged 18 and older. If you are under 18, do not use this platform.
10. Pregnancy and nursing
If you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or nursing, consult your healthcare provider before using EvolveHer. Some exercise protocols, nutrition targets, and content may not be appropriate for these life stages.
11. Third-party health data integrations
EvolveHer integrates with third-party services including Apple Health, Fitbit, Oura, Garmin, and others. EvolveHer is not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or terms of service of these third-party providers. Data synced from external sources reflects those providers' measurements, not independent verification by EvolveHer.
12. Not an FDA-approved medical device
EvolveHer is not a medical device. It has not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). No claims made by EvolveHer are intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
13. Limitation of liability
By using EvolveHer, you agree that EvolveHer, its founders, employees, contractors, and partners shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, or adverse outcome arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to exercise-related injuries, nutritional decisions, wearable device readings, or health outcomes.
14. Clinical partner data
If you access EvolveHer through a clinical partnership with your healthcare provider, your provider retains responsibility for your medical care. EvolveHer supports your provider's protocol between visits but does not replace clinical decision-making. Any concerns about your treatment should be directed to your prescriber.
15. Changes to this disclaimer
EvolveHer may update this Medical Disclaimer periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The current version is always posted at this URL with the effective date at the top.
